The evidence ladder
Every claim RAJEH makes about its own contribution carries the level of evidence behind it. The level is computed from what is actually recorded — it cannot be asserted.
- Observed — the event happened and RAJEH saw it.
- Detected — RAJEH identified the issue or the opportunity.
- Influenced — RAJEH raised it and named the person who should act.
- Executed — RAJEH did the thing itself. A fact by construction.
- Outcome followed — something happened afterwards. Order is not cause.
- Outcome linked — it happened on the same customer, inside a window declared beforehand.
- Attributed — linked, with no competing explanation, under a named rule.
Why the last two levels are separate
"The payment arrived after we intervened" is a sequence. "The payment arrived from the same customer inside a window we declared before we saw it" is a link. Collapsing the two is how software quietly converts coincidence into credit, so they are different levels with different permitted wording.
What this means in practice
Money is never described as recovered or created by RAJEH unless the evidence reaches the level that permits that word. Work RAJEH did is reported as work done, which is a fact. Movement in a metric is reported as movement, with the caveat attached to the number rather than to a footnote.
