Growth MRI — the diagnostic

A read of a company's own operating reality: what is happening, what is exposed, where the opportunity is, and what deserves attention first. It describes the customer's business, never RAJEH's contribution.

Reviewed 20 August 2026

It is a diagnostic, not a questionnaire

Growth MRI is built from the company's own connected data rather than from a survey. It answers four questions, and each answer names the evidence it came from so the owner can disagree with it.

  • What is happening — the current operating picture.
  • What is exposed — money and commitments already at risk.
  • Where the opportunity is — demand the business has already earned and not yet served.
  • What needs attention first — ranked by evidence, not by a score.

Why there is no single health score

A single number combining a waiting customer with an unpaid invoice needs weights nobody can defend, and it moves for reasons nobody can explain. Growth MRI reports findings that each mean one thing, with the figure and the source behind them.

It works before RAJEH has done anything

Because every figure describes the company rather than the product, the diagnostic is useful on the first day — before any decision has been made or any action taken. It is how an owner sees whether there is value here at all, before granting anything the authority to act.
