The continuous cycle
The diagnostic is a moment. The operating system is the rest of the time: it watches what changes, decides what that means, and either acts within the authority it has been given or hands the decision to the person who holds it.

- DIAGNOSE — establish what a change actually means.
- PRIORITISE — rank by consequence, not by recency.
- DECIDE — choose the next action, and name who owns it.
- EXECUTE — act inside granted authority, or hand it over.
- VERIFY — confirm whether what was asked for happened.
- LEARN — turn outcomes into evidence a person can act on.
What an AI employee is
An AI employee is a named worker with one job, a fixed set of statements it is allowed to make, and an authority level its owner sets. It is not a general assistant and it is not a chatbot with a persona: it has a role, and outside that role it hands the work to a person.
It cannot invent facts about the business. Every product and price statement it may make is approved word for word beforehand, and editing the wording withdraws the approval automatically — so an employee cannot quote a price nobody signed off.
Before anything reaches a customer, the draft is judged against the conversation rather than against itself. A reply that restates something already said, or that answers a question the customer did not ask, is withheld and handed to a person instead. A correct sentence in the wrong conversation is still a failure, and it is the failure a message-by-message check cannot see.
Where it is complete today, stated plainly
Two areas run the full cycle through verification today: unanswered customers, and governance of what RAJEH itself is allowed to do. Other areas monitor, diagnose and decide but do not yet verify their own outcomes. We would rather say which is which than describe the whole loop as finished everywhere.
